Final Order Entered: 1. Northern Kentucky District is granted a CPCN for the proposed project as submitted. 2. Northern Kentucky District shall immediately notify the Commission upon knowledge of any material changes to the projects, including but not limited to increase in cost and any significant delays. 3. Any material deviation from the construction approved by this Order shall be undertaken only with prior approval of the Commission. 4. Northen Kentucky District shall file with the Commission documentation of total costs of the projects, including the cost of construction and all other capitalized costs within 60 days of the date that the construction authorization under this CPCN is substantially completed. 5. Northern Kentucky District shall file a certified statement that the construction has been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the construction plans and specifications within in 60 days of the substantial completion of the construction. 6. Within 20 days of the date of service of this Order, Northern Kentucky District shall file with this Commission, new tariff sheets setting forth the new subdistrict and the surcharge rates approved. 7. Northern Kentucky District is authorized to create subdistrict HB. 8. Northern Kentucky District is authorized to assess each customer of Subdistrict HB, a monthly surcharge of $30 subject to the conditions set forth in ordering paragraphs 8 through 10.
