Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by Farmers RECC are denied. 2. The rates set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for services rendered by Farmers RECC on and after the date of this Order. 3. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Farmers RECC shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved herein and reflecting its effective date and that it was authorized by this Order. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket.

Order Entered: 1. Farmers RECC’s application for a general adjustment of its rates using the streamlined procedure established in Case No. 2018-00407 is accepted for filing as of July 20, 2023. 2. Farmers RECC’s rates are suspended for five months, from August 19, 2023, until January 19, 2024. 3. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix attached to this Order shall be followed. 4. Farmers RECC is granted a deviation from the requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Section 12(1)(a), and 807 KAR 5:001, Sections 16(1)(b)(2), (4)(j)–(s), 4(v), and 5(b)–(d). 5. Farmers RECC’s 2021 and 2022 Annual Reports are incorporated by reference into the record of this proceeding. 6.
