Order Entered nunc pro tunc, that: 1. For a 2-inch meter, "Next 15,000 gallons" is stricken and is replaced with the following language: "Next 9,000 gallons". 2. All other provisions of the Commission's October 21, 2020 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. Adair District is granted a CPCN for the proposed project as submitted. 2. Adair District's proposed plan of financing is approved. 3. Adair District is authorized to issue $1,945,000 of its Utility Revenue Bonds in the amount of $1,945,000 maturing over 40 years at an interest rate not to exceed 1.375 percent per annum. 4. The proceeds from the issuance of the Utility Revenue Bonds shall be used only for the purposes specified in Adair District's application. 5. Adair District is authorized to obtain a grant in the amount of $647,930 from USDA/RD. 6. Adair District shall obtain approval from the Commission prior to performing any additional construction not expressly authorized by this Order.
