Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by Cumberland Valley Electric are denied. 2. Cumberland Valley Electric’s fixed prepay charge should is eliminated. 3. The rates set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for services rendered by Cumberland Valley Electric on and after March 23, 2021. 4. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Cumberland Valley Electric shall file with the Commission, using the Commission’s electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved herein and reflecting their effective data and that they were authorized by this Order. 5. This case is closed and removed from the Commission’s docket. |

Cumberland Electric is granted a deviation from the requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Section 12(1)(a) and 807 KAR 5:001, Section 16(1)(b)(2), (4)(j)(s), 4(v), and 5(b)(d). 3. Cumberland Electric’s 2018 and 2019 annual reports are incorporated by reference into the record of this proceeding. 4. Requests for intervention shall be filed no later than October 21, 2020. 5.
