Final Order Entered: 1. The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.20 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. The rates proposed by Estill District are approved. 3. The rates as set forth in Appendix B to this Order are approved for water service rendered by Estill District on and after August 20, 2018. 4. Within 20 days of the date of entry of this Order, Estill District shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein. Estill District shall also state the proper volume in its 2" meter schedule in their tariff filing of First 16,000 Gallons and Over 16,000 Gallons. 5. Within 30 days of the date of entry of this Order, Estill District shall file with the Commission Proof of Notice pursuant to 807 KAR 5:068, Section 5(3). 6. Any document filed pursuant to ordering paragraphs 4 and 5 of this Order shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the post-case correspondence f le. 7. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
