Final Order Entered: 1 . The findings contained in the Staff Report are adopted and incorporated by reference into this Order as if fully set out herein. 2. The general service rates proposed by North Mclean are denied. 3. The rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for services rendered by North Mclean on and after the date of this Order. 4. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, North Mclean shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, new tariff sheets setting forth the rates and charges approved herein and their effective date, and stating that the rates and charges were authorized by this Order. 5. This case is hereby closed and will be removed from the Commission's docket.

North McLean County Water District Response to Amended Commission Staff Report

Order Entered: 1. North Mclean District shall have up to 14 days from the date of this Order to file written comments with the Commission, if any, on the findings and recommendations contained in the attached Amended Staff Report and to request a hearing or an informal conference with Commission in this matter. 2. North Mclean District's failure to file with the Commission written objections to a finding contained in the Amended Staff Report within 14 days of this Order shall be deemed as agreement with that finding or recommendation, and a waiver of any right to object to that finding or recommendation. 3. If North Mclean District requests a hearing in this matter, it shall specifically identify in its written request for hearing all objections to the findings and recommendations set forth in the Amended Staff Report and shall provide a brief summary of testimony that it expects to present at the hearing. 4. Within 14 days of the date of this Order, North Mclean District shall file with the Commission in writing its position on adjusting its rates to the level shown in the Attachment to the Amended Staff Report. 5. If North Mclean District wishes to amend its application to request the rates shown in the Attachment to the Amended Staff Report, it should request such amendment in its response to the Amended Staff Report.

North McLean County Water District Supplemental Information

Order Entered: 1. No later than November 30, 2018, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report containing its findings and recommendations regarding North Mclean District's requested rate adjustment. 2. All provisions of the Commission's Order of August 31, 2018, in conflict with the provisions of this Order are vacated. All other provisions of the Order of August 31, 2018, shall remain in effect.

Order Entered: 1. No later than November 14, 2018, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a written report (Staff Report) containing its findings and recommendations regarding North Mclean District's requested rate adjustment. 2. No later than 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report each party of record shall file with the Commission: a. Its written comments on and any objections to the findings contained in the Commission Staff Report; and b. Any additional evidence for the Commission to consider. 3. If Commission Staff finds that North Mclean District's financial condition supports a higher rate than North Mclean District proposes or the assessment of an additional rate or charge not proposed in North Mclean District's Application, North Mclean District in its response to the Commission Staff Report shall also state its position in writing on whether the Commission should authorize the assessment of the higher rate or the additional rate or charge. 4. If Commission Staff finds that changes should be made to the manner in which North Mclean District accounts for the depreciation of North Mclean District's assets, North Mclean District in its response to the Commission Staff Report shall also state its position in writing on whether the Commission should require North Mclean District to implement the proposed change for accounting purposes.
