Final Order Entered: 1. South Anderson District is granted a CPCN to proceed with the proposed purchase as set forth in its application. 2. Southern Anderson District is also authorized to perform the necessary minor renovations set forth in its Answers to Commission Staff's First Request for Information, Response No. 15. 3. South Anderson District shall notify the Commission prior to performing any additional purchases or renovations not expressly authorized by this Order. 4. Any deviation from the purchase approved by this Order shall be undertaken only with the prior approval of the Commission. 5. South Anderson District shall file with the Commission documentation of the total costs of this project, within 60 days of the date of completion of the allowed minor renovations. 6. Any documents filed in the future pursuant to ordering paragraph 5, shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the post-case correspondence file. 7. The Executive Director is delegated authority to grant reasonable extensions of time for filing any documents required by this Order upon South Anderson District's showing of good cause for such extension. 8. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket.
