Within five days of the consummation of the approved acquisition, Sentra shall file written notice setting forth the date that the acquisition was completed. 6. Within seven days of the completion of the approved acquisition, Sentra shall file a copy of the First Amendment to the Stock Purchase Agreement. 7. Within 30 days of the completion of the approved acquisition, Sentra shall file a cost allocation manual. 8. Within ten days of the completion of the approved acquisition, Sentra shall file proof of liability insurance. 9. Within 60 days of the completion of the approved acquisition, Sentra shall file an evaluation of possible gas suppliers. 10. Within 30 days of the completion of the approved acquisition, Sentra shall file a schedule outlining the dates it intends to file Purchased Gas Adjustment applications in conformity with Sentra's Purchased Gas Cost Adjustment tariff. 11. Within 60 days of the completion of the approved acquisition, Sentra shall comply with 49 CFR 191.22 and 192.805.

Order Entered: 1. Sentra Resources' motion for confidential protection for designated material contained in the response to Staff's First Request, Item 9 is granted. 2. The designed materials shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for an indefinite period of time, or until further Orders of this Commission. 3. Use of the materials in question in any proceeding shall be in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 13(9). 4. Sentra Resources shall inform the Commission if the materials in question become publicly available or no longer qualify for confidential treatment. 5. If a non-party to this proceeding requests to inspect materials granted confidential treatment by this Order, Sentra Resources shall have 20 days from receipt of written notice of the request to demonstrate that the materials still fall within the exclusions from disclosure requirements established in KRS 61.878. If Sentra Resources is unable to make such demonstration, the requested materials shall be made available for inspection. 6. The Commission shall not make the requested materials available for inspection for 20 days following an Order finding that the materials no longer qualify for confidential treatment in order to allow Sentra Resources to seek a remedy afforded by law.

Order Entered: 1. On or before June 15, 2018, Sentra Corporation, Blue Ridge Mountain Resources, Inc., and Sentra Resources LLC (collectively, "Sentra"), shall provide the names and titles of each witness Sentra intends to call at the June 19, 2018 hearing and the order in which Sentra intends to call its witnesses. 2. On or before June 15, 2018, Sentra shall file with the Commission a list of all documents that it intends to offer as exhibits, and an original in paper medium of any document that will be presented as an exhibit that has not been previously filed with the Commission in this proceeding.

Order Entered: 1. A hearing in this matter shall be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2018, at 9 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, at the offices of the Public Service Commission at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky. 2. Sentra Corporation, Blue Ridge Mountain Resources, Inc., and Sentra Resources LLC (collectively, "Sentra") shall give notice of the hearing in compliance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 9(2)(b). In addition, the notice of hearing shall include the following statement: "This hearing will be streamed live and may be viewed on the PSC website, psc.ky.gov." At the time the notice is mailed or publication is requested, Sentra shall forward a duplicate of the notice and request to the Commission. 3. Order Entered: 1. The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. 2. a. Responses to requests for information in paper medium shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed and shall include the name of the witness responsible for responding to the questions related to the information provided, with the original and six copies to the Commission. b. Each response shall be answered under oath, or for representatives of a public or private corporation or a partnership or an association or a governmental agency, be accompanied by a signed certification of the preparer or person supervising the preparation of the response on behalf of the entity that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person's knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry. c. Any party shall make timely amendment to any prior response if it obtains information that indicates that the response was incorrect when made or, though correct when made, is now incorrect in any material respect. d. For any request to which a party fails or refuses to furnish all or part of the requested information, that party shall provide a written explanation of the specific grounds for its failure to completely and precisely respond. e. A party filing a paper containing personal information shall, in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(10), encrypt or redact the paper so that personal information cannot be read.
