The October 31, 2018 Order is amended to the limited extent that Appendices B and C are corrected, as attached hereto, to reflect that the Non-Residential Tax Refund Rider Rate effective April 1, 2019, is ($0.0200). 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Duke Kentucky shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, its revised tariffs as set forth in this Order, reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 3. All other provisions of the October 31, 2018 Order shall remain in full force and effect. 4. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket. |

Final Order Entered: 1. The rates set forth in the Non-Unanimous Stipulation are denied. 2. The rates and charges in Appendix C, attached hereto, are fair, just, and reasonable for Duke Kentucky for service rendered on and after the first billing cycle for November 2018. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Duke Kentucky shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, its revised tariffs as set forth in this Order, reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order. 4. Duke Kentucky's motion to consolidate this case into Case No. 2018-00261 is denied. 5. The rate impacts of the TCJA on Rider ASRP shall be reviewed in Case Nos. 2018-00198 and 2018-00261 . 6. This case is closed and removed from the Commission's docket. |

Order Entered: 1. This case is opened to investigate KIUC's complaint, which is transferred from Case No. 2017-00477, regarding the impacts of the federal corporate tax rate reduction on the rates of Duke Kentucky. 2. The record in Case No. 2017-004 77 is incorporated by reference. 3. Duke Kentucky, KIUC, and the Attorney General are made parties to this case and, pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 8(9), within seven days of entry of this Order, each shall file a written statement, with a copy to parties of record, that certifies that it, or its authorized agent, possesses the facilities to receive electronic transmissions and sets forth the electronic mail address to which all electronic notices and messages related to this proceeding should be served. 4. If a party objects to the use of electronic filing procedures and the Commission determines that good cause exists to excuse that party from the use of electronic filing procedures, service of documents on that party and by that party shall be made in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(8). 5. Should documents of any kind be filed with the Commission in the course of this proceeding, the documents shall also be served on all parties of record. A party filing a paper containing personal information shall, in accordance with 807 KAR 5:001, Section 4(10), encrypt or redact the paper so that personal information cannot be read. |
