Ordered Entered, nunc pro tunc, that: 1. The Appendix to the September 27, 2017 Order is replaced with the Appendix attached to this Order. 2. All other provisions of the Commission's September 27, 2017 Order not in conflict with this Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. The rates proposed by B&H and set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for service rendered on and after October 1, 2017. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, B&H shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.
