Final Order Entered: 1. The sessions on September 14, 2017, offering a maximum of six hours of continuing education credit, are accredited and approved for water district management training. 2. KWRRI and NESC shall retain a record of all water district commissioners attending the accredited and approved presentations. 3. No later than 30 days after each presentation, KWRRI and NESC shall file with the Commission: a. A sworn statement attesting that the accredited instruction was performed; b. A description of any changes in the presenters or the proposed curriculum that occurred after KWRRI's and NESC's application; c. The name of each attending water district commissioner, his or her water district, and the number of hours that he or she attended; d. A copy of any written material given to water district commissioners attending the presentations, as well any changes to the written materials that were submitted in the application; and e. Documents indicating whether the Kentucky Bar Association has approved the training for Continuing Legal Education Credit, or whether the Department of Local Government, has approved Elected County Officials Training Incentive Program Credit.
