Order Entered: 1. The Commission's Order entered July 14, 2016, is amended to the limited extent that Appendix A and Appendix B attached thereto are dated July 14, 2016, to reflect their entry on that date. 2. Copies of Appendix A and Appendix B as amended to include their entry date of July 14, 2016, are appended to this Order. 3. All other provisions of the Order entered on July 14, 2016, remain in full force and effect.

Order Entered: The purchased water adjustment factor of $0.12 per 1,000 gallons is approved. 2. Breathitt County's proposed rates, as set forth in Appendix B to this Order, are approved for water service rendered by Breathitt County on and after July 1, 2016. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Breathitt County shall file with the Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein.
