COMMISSION STAFF'S INITIAL REQUEST FOR INFORMATION TO DUKE ENERGY KENTUCKY. INC.

Order Entered: Duke Kentucky's proposed Premier Power Service tariff is hereby suspended for five months from November 23, 2015, up to and including April 22, 2016. 2. Nothing shall prevent the Commission from issuing further Orders in this matter prior to the end of the suspension period.
