Order Entered: The last full sentence on page 1 of our March 9, 2015 Order in this matter is amended to read as follows: In its February 23, 2015 Letter, South Kentucky states that its Prepay Program has been very successful, and that as of February 18, 2015, its enrollment in the program was 1,819 members. 2. All other provisions of the March 9, 2015 Order that are not in conflict with the terms of this Pfder shall remain in full force and effect.

Final Order Entered: 1. South Kentucky's request to be relieved of the filing requirements set forth in Case No. 2013-00198 is granted. 2. South Kentucky shall track data and maintain records as it requested and as described above, and shall submit the information to the Commission in a supplemental report filed at the time it files its Annual Reports for 2014, 2015, and 2016. Thereafter, South Kentucky shall maintain its records so as to be able to provide the same information upon request. Any documents filed in the future pursuant to ordering paragraph 2 shall reference this case number and shall be retained in the utility's general correspondence file.
