Final Order Entered: (1) Henderson District's motion to deviate from ordering paragraph 5 of the November 14, 2013 Order in Case No. 2013-00154 regarding the timing of the publication of the notice of the Phase II rates is granted. (2) Within 30 days of entry of this Order, but no later than the issuance of the first bill at the increased rate, Henderson District shall publish notice of the Phase II rates at least once in a newspaper of general circulation in its territory or send a notice via United States Mail to its customers of one-inch meters and two-inch meters. Notice shall be in the form set forth in the Appendix to this Order. (3) No later than ten days after publication of notice, whether by mail or publication in a newspaper of general circulation in its territory, Henderson District shall file with the Commission proof of publication of such notice. (4) Within 20 days of the date of this Order and using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, Henderson District shall file with the Commission revised tariff sheets that contain the rates approved in Case No. 2014-00111 to become effective November 14, 2014. (5) The Executive Director is delegated authority to grant reasonable extensions of time for the filing of any documents required by this Order upon Henderson District's showing of good cause for such extension.
