Order entered: Movant's motion for confidential protection is hereby granted under the exemption of KRS 61.878(1)(c)(1). 2. The materials for which Movant seeks confidential treatment shall not be placed in the public record or made available for public inspection for a period of five years from the date of this Order, or until further Orders of this Commission. At the end of this period, the materials shall be placed in the public record. The Movant may request that the materials continue to be treated as confidential, but must demonstrate that the materials still fall within the exclusions established in KRS 61.878. 3. If Movant objects to the time limits that the Commission has placed on the confidential treatment for the materials in question, it must seek either rehearing pursuant to KRS 278.400 or judicial review of this Order pursuant to KRS 278.410. Failure to exercise either of these statutory rights will be deemed as agreement with the Commission's determination of the period for which the material is afforded confidential treatment and will require Movant to demonstrate a change in circumstances in any

Order Entered: North Central's proposed increases in basic local exchange residential service rate, as set forth in the tariffs attached to its application deemed filed on October 30, 2014, are approved. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, North Central shall file, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, its revised tariff sheets containing the rates approved herein and signed by an officer of the utility authorized to issue tariffs. The tariff sheets shall reflect that they were approved pursuant to this Order and shall contain an effective date of November 30, 2014. 3. Any future increases to basic local exchange rates necessitated by the FCC's ICC/USF Order shall be filed as an application in compliance with Commission regulations.

Order Entered: North Central Telephone's request for a waiver from the filing requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Sections 16(4)(b), 16(4)(i), 16(4)(r), and 16(5), is granted. 2. North Central Telephone's request for a waiver from the filing requirements of 807 KAR 5:001, Sections 16(4)(h), 16(4)(n), and 16(4)(q), is denied as moot because of the application and the information already on file with the Commission. 3. North Central Telephone's application is deemed filed as of the date of this Order.
