Order Entered: 1. The finding in paragraph 7 of the March 5, 2014 Order is amended by deleting the phrase "for service rendered," and inserting in its place the phrase "for bills rendered." 2. All other provisions of the March 5, 2014 Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Order Entered: 1. The rate in the Appendix to this Order is approved for bills rendered on and after March 11, 2014. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Western Lewis shall file with this Commission, using the Commission's electronic Tariff Filing System, revised tariff sheets setting out the rates approved herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.
