Richardsville Gas Company's letter to rescind the request for abandonment.

Order Entered: Richardsville Gas shall submit to the Commission a status update stating its intention on whether to proceed with abandoning its facilities by June 16, 2014. 2. The failure of Richardsville Gas to submit a timely response may result in the entry of an Order denying the requested relief.

Order Entered: The hearing in this matter scheduled for March 4, 2014, is indefinitely postponed to a date to be determined. 2. This matter shall be held in abeyance until the Commission issues a final Order in Case No. 2014-00066, Application of Richardsville Gas Company, Inc. for an Adjustment of Rates on an Emergency Basis under 807 KAR 5:076, the Commission's Alternative Rate Filing Procedure and for a One-Year Rate Surcharge for Non- Recurring Charges. 3. Within 30 days of a final Order in Case No. 2014-00066, Richardsville Gas shall inform the Commission as to the status of any potential sale of the utility and whether it desires to proceed with abandoning its facilities.

Order Entered: . At the March 4, 2014 Hearing in this matter, Richardsville Gas shall be represented by an attorney licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. No later than February 25, 2014, Richardsville Gas shall file with the Commission a list of the persons it intends to call as witnesses at the scheduled hearing. 3. All provisions of the Commission's January 13, 2014 Order scheduling the March 4, 2014 Hearing remain in effect.

Order Entered: 1. A hearing on the request of Richardsville Gas to abandon its facilities shall be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, in Hearing Room 1 of the Commission's offices at 211 Sower Boulevard, Frankfort, Kentucky, for the purpose of hearing evidence in this case. 2. Pursuant to 807 KAR 5:001, Section 9(2), Richardsville Gas shall serve notice of the hearing's date and time to its customers no less than 14 days and no more than 21 days prior to the date of the hearing. Richardsville Gas shall provide a copy of the notice to the Commission on or before the date of the hearing. 3. Pursuant to KRS 278.360 and 807 KAR 5:001, Section 9(9)(a), the record of the formal hearing in this matter shall be by videotape.
