Order Entered: Warren District’s petition for rehearing is granted. The rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order are approved for sewer service that Warren District rendered on and after December 1, 2012. 3. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Warren District shall file with the Commission revised tariff sheets setting forth the rates set forth in the Appendix to this Order.

Order Entered: Warren County’s proposed rates are denied. The sewage adjustment factor of $1.32 per 1,000 gallons of water sold as calculated in Appendix A is approved. 3. The rates in Appendix B are approved for sewage service that Warren County renders on or after December 1 , 2012. 4. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Warren County shall file with the Commission revised tariff sheets showing the rates approved herein.
