Order Entered: Bracken District is permitted to deviate from 807’ KAR 5:OOl , Section 8(2), and is granted leave to file only one copy of its motion and supporting documents. 2. Bracken District’s Motion shall be considered filed as of the date of this Order. The Commission’s Order of February 29, 2012 is amended to include the replacement of 2,300 linear feet of 6-inch asbestos concrete water main with 8-inch PVC water transmission main and related appurtenances along Kentucky Highway 1159 that is described in Bracken District’s Motion. Any reference in that Order to “proposed waterworks improvements” shall include the replacement project that is described in Bracken District’s Motion. 4. All other provisions of the Commission’s Order of February 29, 2012 shall remain in full force and effect.
