Order Entered: 1. This proceeding is initiated to fill the existing vacancies on Western Pulaski District’s Board of Commissioners. 2. Pulaski County Judge/Executive Barty Bullock, Pulaski County Fiscal Court, Western Pulaski District, Teddy Roberts, and Jimmy Dalton are made parties to this proceeding . 3. Any party filing documents with the Commission shall serve a copy of those documents upon all other parties. 4. Service of any document or pleading shall be made in accordance with807 KAR 5:001, Section 3(7). 5. Teddy Roberts and Jimmy Dalton shall each file with the Commission the original and ten copies of the information listed in Appendix A.
