Order Entered: (1) This proceeding is established to permit the Commission to consider the reasonableness of L&E's request to cancel and withdraw the Rate RRP and the Rate GRP tariffs. (2) LG&E's proposed tariffs cancelling Rate RRP and Rate GRP tariffs are suspended for a period of five months from January 1, 2012 up to and including May 31, 2012. (3) The Interim Reports and Final Report shall be incorporated in the record of this proceeding.
