Atmos's revised tariff as contained in its March 5, 2012 filing is approved effective May 1, 2012, through April 30, 2015. 3. Atmos shall include cost-effectiveness tests as set out in finding paragraph 5 above with its next application due no later than October 31, 2014 for further extension of its program. 4. Within 10 days of the date of this Order, Atmos shall file its revised tariff showing the date of issue and that it was issued by authority of this Order.

COMMISSION STAFF’S FIRST REQUEST FOR INFORMATION TO ATMOS ENERGY CORPORATION

Order Entered: (1) Atmos’s proposed DSM tariffs are suspended for five months from their proposed effective date of January 1, 2012, up to and including May 31, 2012. (2) The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed in this proceeding. (3) All requests for information and responses thereto shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, and indexed and the original and ten copies shall be filed with the Commission, with copies to all parties of record. (4) Any objections or motions relating to discovery or procedural dates shall be filed upon four business days’ notice or the filing party shall explain, in writing, why such notice was not possible. (5) Motions for extensions of time with respect to the schedule herein shall be made in writing and will be granted only upon a showing of good cause. (6) Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Commission from entering further Orders in this matter. (7) Atmos’s existing DSM programs and DSM tariff riders shall remain in effect pending the Commission’s final Order in this proceeding.
