Order Entered; 1. The findings and recommendations contained in the Commission Staffs report are adopted and incorporated by reference into this Order as if fully set out herein 2. The informal conference scheduled in this matter for November 28, 2011 is cancelled.The hearing scheduled in this matter for December 8, 2011 is cancelled. The rates set forth in Appendix A to this Order are approved for water service that Monroe District renders on and after the date of this Order. 5. The rates set forth in Appendix 5 to this Order are approved for water service that Monroe District renders on and after one year from the date of this Order. 6. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Monroe District shall file revised tariff sheets with the Commission setting forth the rates approved in this Order.

Order Entered: 1. Monroe County’s request to deviate from 807 KAR 5:001, Section 10(6)( b), is granted. Monroe County’s application is considered filed as of August 15, 2011. No later than November 3, 2011, Commission Staff shall file with the Commission and serve upon all parties of record a report containing its findings and recommendations on Monroe County’s application. 4. The parties shall file with the Commission their written comments on and any objections to the findings and recommendations contained in the Commission Staff Report no later than November 17, 2011, or 14 days after the date of the filing of the Commission Staff Report, whichever occurs earlier. Any party may file with such submission any additional evidence for the Commission’s consideration. 5. A party’s failure to file written objections to a finding or recommendation contained in the Commission Staff Report by November 17, 2011 , or 14 days after the date of the filing of the Comm ission Staff Report, whichever occurs earlier, shall be deemed as agreement with that finding or recommendation. 6.
