Order Entered: (1) Citipower's proposed rates are denied. (2) The rates in the Appendix are fair, just and reasonable and are approved for billing for service rendered on and after the date of this Order. (3) Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Citipower shall file its revised tariffs with the Commission. (4) Citipower's September 1, 2011 filing for rates effective October 1, 2011 shall include AA calculations for the six months ended June 30, 2011.

Citipower's Response to Commission Staff's First Request for Information

Order Entered: (1) Citipower's proposed rates are suspended for five months, from April 6, 2011 up to and including September 6, 2011. (2) a. The information requested in the Appendix is due on or before April 8, 2011. (2) b. Each response shall be answered under oath. (2) c. Any party shall make timely amendment to any prior response if that response was incorrect when made. (2) d. Any request a party fails to furnish the requested information, that party shall provide a written explanation. (3) Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Commission from issuing an Order prior to the end of the suspension period.
