Order Entered: (1) The Appendix to our January 24, 2011 Order shall be amended to state as follows: Rates: Monthly Customer Charge $7.50; All mcf, Base Rate $2.1322, Gas Cost Recovery Rate $4.2665, Total Rate $6.3987. The minimum bill shall be $7.50 (2) All other provisions of the January 24, 2011 Order and Appendix that are not in conflict with the terms of this Order shall remain in full force and effect.

Order Entered: 1. The rates in the Appendix to this Order, attached hereto and incorporated herein, are approved for final meter readings on and after February 1, 2011. 2. Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Equitable shall file with this Commission its revised tariffs setting out the rates authorized herein and reflecting that they were approved pursuant to this Order.
