Order Entered: (1) The procedural schedule set forth in the Appendix to this Order shall be followed. (2) a. Responses shall be bound, tabbed, indexed and include name of the witness responding. b. Each response shall be answered under oath or be accompanied by a signed certification. c. Any party shall make timely amendment to any prior response. d. For any request to which a party fails or refuses to furnish all or part of the requested information, that party shall provide a written explanation of the specific grounds for its failure to completely and precisely respond. (3) When Water Service is required to provide notice of an event or filing pursuant to statute or administrative regulation, it shall forward a duplicate of the notice and request to the Commission when requesting publication. (4) Water Service shall publish notice of the scheduled hearing in this matter in accordance with 807 KAR 5:011, Section 8(5), and shall file proof of publication with the Commission no later than July 11, 2011. (5) At any hearing in this matter, neither opening statements, summarization of direct testimony or rebuttal testimony shall be permitted.
