Order Entered: 1. The petition to Intervene of Alcan Century is granted, and Alcan Century shall accept the existing procedural schedule. 2. Alcan/Century shall be entitled to the full rights of a party and shall be served with the Commission’s Orders and with filed testimony, exhibits, pleadings, correspondence, and all other documents submitted by parties after the date of this Order.3. Should Alcan Century file documents of any kind with the Commission in the course of these proceedings, Alcan Century shall also serve a copy of said documents on all other parties of record.

Order Entered: (1) The procedural schedule set forth in the appendix to this Order shall be followed. (2) Responses to requests for information shall be appropriately bound, tabbed, indexed and include name of witness responsible for responding. (3) Each response shall be answered under oath or be accompanied by a signed certification that the response is true and accurate to the best of that person's knowledge, information, and belief formed after a reasonable inquiry. (4) Big Rivers shall make timely amendment to any prior response if it obtains information which indicates the response was incorrect when made or, though correct when made, is now incorrect in any material respect. (5) For any request to which Big Rivers fails or refuses to furnish all or part of the requested information, it shall provide a written explanation of the specific grounds for its failure to completely and precisely respond. (6) Motions for extensions of time with respect to the schedule herein shall be made in writing and will be granted only upon a showing of good cause.
