(3) Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Joint Applicants shall file with the Commission a comprehensive educational plan addressing the information cited in the Order. (4) Within 20 days of the date of this Order, Joint Applicants shall file with the Commission the set of criteria upon which a third-party contractor is selected to be included in each of the utility's contractor lists.
